All orders placed on First Unithred are dispatched from Bihar, India.

  • India Post – For domestic and international shipments

  • DTDC – For select locations, subject to availability

Please note that courier partner selection depends on serviceability, destination, and operational feasibility.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 working days

  • Delivery duration may vary based on:

    • Distance from dispatch location (Bihar)

    • Courier service availability

    • Local delivery conditions

International Orders

  • Delivery timelines depend on destination country, customs clearance, and courier regulations.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: ₹49 (flat rate across India)

  • International Shipping: Starting from ₹600 (charges vary based on destination and package weight)

Any additional charges for international shipments such as customs duty, VAT, or local taxes must be borne by the customer.


6. Address & Contact Information (Customer Responsibility)

Customers must ensure that:

  • The shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Correct PIN Code is provided

  • A valid and reachable contact number is mentioned

After placing the order, customers should stay alert and reachable, as the delivery agent may contact them for delivery confirmation.


7. Failed Delivery & Returned Orders

An order may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong PIN Code

  • Customer unavailability

  • Phone call not answered by the recipient

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Customer must pay ₹49 shipping charges again for re-dispatch

  • Re-shipment will be initiated only after confirmation and payment


8. Order Tracking Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched:

  • A tracking ID and tracking link will be sent via email

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their order regularly

We do not operate our own logistics network and rely on third-party courier services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about delivery status once the order has been dispatched.


9. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy (Strict)

To be eligible for any complaint regarding:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • Start with a 360° view of the sealed parcel

  • The video must be uninterrupted

  • No edits, cuts, trims, or pauses are allowed

Complaints without a valid unboxing video will be strictly rejected without exceptions.


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

First Unithred shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier service delays

  • Government restrictions or strikes

  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)


11. Urgent Delivery Requests

For urgent delivery requirements:

  • Customers must contact us before placing the order

  • Private courier service may be arranged, subject to availability

  • Shipping charges may differ from standard rates
